Fall 2008

Monthly Reporting for Federal Compliance

Overwhelmed by all the paperwork and forms that must be filed every month? This seminar will provide a detailed review of all monthly reports required of a bonded winery by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). In particular the class will go over the monthly Report of Wine Premises Operations (formerly known as the 702 form) line by line to ensure everyone understands how to complete the form correctly. Records that must be maintained to properly complete the form will be discussed and potential automated solutions to this record-keeping puzzle will be presented.
