Kids Court (Grades: 7-9)

Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth? This course challenges you to decipher the given evidence, then build a case for a mock jury trial. Meet a judge, interview an attorney and visit a courtroom. You become familiar with legal procedures and the interactions among attorneys, witnesses and the judge, while working on a specific case. Develop the tactics and strategies for your individual part of the dramatization. The verdict lies in your hands. Parent drivers are needed for a fieldtrip.
