Public Relations Strategies for Small and Medium Sized Wineries
A step by step guide to developing and fine-tuning the strategies and tactics for a public relations campaign for your winery, this course will start with key strategies then address how to apply those strategies to a wide range of PR activities: press relations, sample mailings, events, wine festivals, donations and strategic alliances. And yes, we will include newer social media opportunities as well as traditional print and electronic outlets.

Paul Wagner is Founder of President of Balzac Communications and Marketing. Current clients include Diageo Chateau & Estate Wines, the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux, Vinitaly, Wines of Navarra, and a host of other wine and food specialists. He is an instructor for Napa Valley College's Viticulture and Enology department, a regular columnist for Vineyard & Winery Management Magazine, and contributes to Allexperts.com. He co-authored Wine Marketing & Sales, Strategies for a Saturated Market, which won the Gourmand International Award as the best wine book of the year for professionals. In 2009 he was awarded the "Vida Dedicada Al Vino" prize by FENAVIN--the Feria Nacional de Vino in Spain.
