Criminal Law & Procedure


This course introduces criminal procedure and substantive criminal law. Topics include issues of state and federal constitutional interpretation that are commonly faced by prosecutorial and criminal defense attorneys. The course explores the technical aspects of trial practice and presents material to show the interplay of factors affecting the outcome of the charge and defense. Grade Only
