Trust Administration


Trusts are fast becoming the estate planning tool of choice. This course covers the administration of trusts in general, trustee duties, powers, compensation and distributions, with particular focus on the paralegal's role in the trust administration process. Record keeping, tax consequences and the trustee's accounting are discussed in depth.Grade only.
